Job description
JOB TITLE: PROJECT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITY AND JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Delegate tasks to the Project team whom are best positioned to complete them.
  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple projects are running to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
  • Adjust schedule and target on the project as needs when encounter changes without compromising the clients’ expectations and schedule set out.
  • Communicating with Project Director to keep the project aligned with their goals and handover schedule.
  • Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
  • Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
  • Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
  • Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Responsible and accountable.

  • Good communication skills with clients/IDs/consultants/subcons/vendors etc.
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage several things at one time.
  • Handle stress/pressure and work hard with tight deadlines.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications (E.g. Word, Excel etc).
  • Read drawings is a must.
  • Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a proven track record in the construction industry.
