We are seeking a skilled, independent, and motivated Production Engineer/Technician to join our dynamic team and contribute to the efficiency and growth of our manufacturing operations.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production processes to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections, quality checks, and update documentation to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Implementation of process improvements, lean manufacturing principles, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies, health/safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing/production environment (entry-level candidates with strong technical skills are also encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin language to liaise with machinery manufacturers.
- Proficiency in operating PLC systems, automated packaging assembly lines, or other relevant equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, ISO standards is a plus.
