A leading staffing agency in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage customer orders and inquiries. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales and knowledge of the manufacturing industry. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Sales, Inside Sales.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to coordinate with Chinese counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders, planning, preparing shipping documentation and scheduling deliveries.
• Attending to customer enquiries or feedback and liaising with Sales to follow up.
• Preparing purchase requisition to Procurement.
• Playing an active role in Customer Retention program.
