COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our client is a leading food manufacturing and distribution company in Singapore, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and driving innovation in the industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all seafood processing activities from receiving to packing.
  • Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, GMP, FDA/SFA regulations, and internal QA standards.
  • Oversee accurate product labelling to maintain full traceability throughout production.
  • Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
  • Ensure proper documentation for receiving, production, storage, and dispatch.
  • Verify inventory data against system records and investigate discrepancies.
  • Implement FIFO/FEFO practices to minimize spoilage and maintain freshness.
  • Prepare production reports covering yield, wastage, productivity, and operational costs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • In-depth knowledge of seafood handling processes, cold-chain management, and traceability systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to food safety and product quality.
  • Familiarity with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards.
  • Ability to work in cold, wet environments and perform manual tasks.
