• Responsible for raw material sourcing by getting competitive quotes
• Identify, assess and onboard new suppliers to expand the company's vendor base
• Negotiate favourable pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings
• Monitor supplier performance and quality to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the production, engineering and finance teams
• Maintain accurate inventory records and optimise stock levels
• Analyse market trends and explore new sourcing opportunities
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a procurement or sourcing role, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers
• Proficient in data analysis and inventory management
• Problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail
