Our client is seeking an Admin Assistant to join their team!

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to play a crucial role in providing seamless administrative and logistical support across multiple departments. Your expertise will ensure that the department runs smoothly, and your contributions will be vital in enhancing the overall efficiency of our operations.

What you’ll be doing?
  • Provide support: offer administrative and logistical support to various departments, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintain systems: update and maintain SAP for departments, manage time administration, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Manage procurement: create purchase requisitions and orders, manage supplies for stationeries, printers, copiers, and pantry items.
  • Assist with reports: prepare routine reports and assist department heads/managers with meeting scheduling.
  • Support staff: provide essential administrative support including procurement, service applications, travel/hotel bookings, and more.
  • General assistance: offer general administrative assistance such as photocopying, filing, and issuing of stationary/equipment.
Who are they looking for?
  • Education: minimum of an “O” level and above.
  • Experience: at least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative position.
  • Skills: good knowledge of company systems and procedures, experience with Microsoft Office software, and strong organizational skills.
