Source and purchase construction materials
Identify suppliers, evaluate performance, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure quality standards
Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders; ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
Coordinate transportation, delivery schedules, and resolve delays or discrepancies.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, finance, and site supervisors to align procurement with project timelines.
Maintain procurement records, ensure adherence to company policies, and support audits.
Familiar with MYOB
Advance Microsoft Excel applications.
Submit Project Material Costing by 7th of Every Month.
