A leading healthcare startup in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Clinic Operations Associate to manage order fulfillment and medication dispensing. You will handle e-commerce operations across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in clinic operations or logistics, with proficiency in MS Office and a strong attention to detail. This position offers a 5.5-day work week with various employee benefits including subsidised treatments and a development allowance.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinic Operations Associate to manage our end-to-end order fulfillment process, support medication dispensing, and coordinate multi-channel e‑commerce operations. This role combines clinical support with operational excellence in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
