Job description
1. Cost Planning & Budget Control
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budget forecasts, and cost plans during all project stages.
  • Conduct cost benchmarking and value engineering to ensure project cost efficiency.
  • Monitor and track project cost against budget; highlight variances and recommend corrective measures.
2. Tendering & Procurement
  • Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender documents, and pricing schedules.
  • Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Assist in tender adjudication and recommendation reports.
  • Negotiate contract terms, rates, and procurement strategies.
3. Contract Administration
  • Manage pre-contract and post-contract documentation (LOA, VO, EOT, RFI).
  • Review contractual clauses to ensure compliance with project requirements and governing standards.
  • Track and manage variation orders (VOs), applying cost analysis and justifications.
  • Ensure adherence to contract terms, conditions, and timelines.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
