Job summary

A leading identity technology company in Singapore is seeking a Legal Administrative Support professional. This role involves coordinating approval workflows, reviewing and managing contract documentation, and supporting trade compliance processes. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Legal Studies or Business Administration, with 2-4 years of relevant experience. Strong organisational skills and proficiency in MS Excel are essential. Purpose

This role provides legal administrative support, junior‑level contract review, coordination for purchasing and sales documentation, and assistance with trade‑compliance and contract‑management processes across multiple regions.

Key Missions
Legal Operations
  • Coordinate internal approval workflows and signatures for all sales, purchasing and corporate documentation.
  • Maintain and update the contractual and corporate document repositories.
  • Prepare, format and update internal trackers, status reports and presentations.
Contract Review
  • Review and assist in the negotiation of standard purchasing agreements and basic customer‑facing documents.
  • Assist in maintaining the suite of standard templates and ensure consistent adoption across regions.
  • Support ongoing improvements to contract processes and documentation practices.
Trade Compliance
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of the Group Trade Compliance framework.
  • Maintain trade‑compliance records, dashboards, and documentation for audit purposes.
Contract Management & Programs
  • Assist with simple contract‑management tasks such as monitoring obligations, timelines or deliverables, where applicable.
Profile & Other Information
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in a legal assistant, legal executive, paralegal or legal/compliance support role, either in a law firm or in‑house.
  • Hands‑on experience reviewing or managing basic contract documentation, such as NDAs, procurement agreements, or simple sales contracts.
  • Experience supporting procurement, purchasing, or vendor documentation workflows is an advantage.
  • Exposure to compliance processes, such as third‑party screening, due diligence, or gifts & hospitality tracking, is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple workflows across different countries/time zones.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
