Job summary
A local SME in Singapore is searching for a part-time accountant to manage full sets of accounts. Responsibilities include preparing management reports, liaising with auditors, and preparing financial statements. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of accounting experience and is proficient in MYOB. This role requires being in the office once a week, making it suitable for those not seeking full-time work.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting.
- Able to work independently and under stress.
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts for SME.
- Ensure timely preparation of management reports and financial analysis.
- Prepare unaudited financial statements.
Skills
- Handle full set of accounts for SME
- Handle returns, income tax submission, GST quarterly report and filing
- Ensure timely preparation of management reports and financial analysis
- Prepare unaudited financial statements
- Liaise with auditors, corporate tax agents and other professional parties
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Able to work independently and under stress
- Meticulous and keen to learn
- Able to use MYOB software
