About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time CEO Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • CBD area, 3 times a week 10:00-16:00
  • Hourly salary + Transport Allowance
  • Talent who is able to start immediately
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and secretarial support to CEO
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense claims
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized
  • Handle ad-hoc role
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role
