Responsibilities

As HR Executive (Part-time), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Provides general administrative support including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries, maintaining student records, preparing documents and reports, and coordinating class schedules, teacher availability, and events.

  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, confirmation, and offboarding processes.

  • Provide guidance to employees on HR matters, concerns, and grievances.

  • Maintain and update personnel files and HR databases accurately.

  • Support performance evaluations, confirmations, and staff engagement initiatives.

  • Manage recruitment process on job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding logistics.

  • Liaise with institutions (e.g. RP, ITE, SIT) to coordinate internship programmes.

  • Handle government claims, leave administration, and statutory requirements.

  • Process applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations.

  • Administer staff insurance and manage work injury compensation matters.

  • Oversee cleanliness, vendor management, supplies, and facility maintenance.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in similar HR/ Admin role.

  • Familiar with Singapore employment laws, payroll processes, and MOM regulations
