🌿 Position: Fashion Retail Assistant (Part-Time)

Your Mission

As a Fashion Retail Assistant, you’ll be the face of Swapaholic on the ground—delivering amazing customer experiences, telling stories through creative content, and helping us grow a greener fashion future.

What You’ll Do

• Customer Experience – Greet, guide & delight customers with warm, planet-positive service
• Content Creation – Snap and edit photos/videos under the direction of the marketing team
• Store Operations – Keep the store clean, welcoming & well-organized
• Visual Merchandising – Curate eye-catching displays that bring preloved fashion to life
• Point of Sale – Operate our POS system for smooth and efficient transactions

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, dependable, and adaptable attitude
• Strong communication & multitasking skills
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays

Retail experience is a plus, but not essential—we’ll provide training!

Role Details

• Working Hours: 8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break (scheduled between operating hours)
• Commitment: 7–10 days/month, with a minimum of 3 Saturdays & 3 Sundays
• Pay: $12/hour | 1.5x pay on public holidays
