Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while engaging with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Support daily store operations including cashiering, kitchen prep, and drink/dessert making
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the store
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized working environment at all times
• Prepare drinks and desserts according to company recipes, SOPs, and quality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum commitment: 3 days per week, including at least 1 weekend shift
• Training will be provided – no prior experience required
• Prior F&B experience is an advantage
• Food Hygiene Certificate preferred (arrangements can be made if you don’t have one)
• Team player who can also work independently and efficiently
