We are now seeking an Analyst in our Institutional Markets team.

The role necessitates close alignment with the core Fund Advisory and Wealth management activities of the Firm and thus offers significant scope for learning career growth opportunities over time.

• Support the sourcing and evaluation of external fund managers for potential onboarding onto the Taurus platform.
• Coordinate due diligence preparation, information requests, product assessments, and follow‑up with fund managers.
• Coordinate with the CIO and investment team to facilitate onboarding workflows, including documentation, internal approvals, and platform readiness.
• Track onboarding progress, maintain updated status reports, and ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders.

• Identify and map the institutional investor landscape across Asia Pacific and the Middle East region, GCC, to include private banks and institutions, corporates, family offices, sovereign entities, pension funds, and insurance companies.
• Assist in preparing targeted outreach plans and coordinating meetings with the Taurus Singapore and Dubai teams.
• Support follow‑ups with institutional clients, maintaining accurate records of discussions, interests, and action items.
• Help prepare proposals, pitch books, and investment materials tailored to institutional requirements.

• Assist senior leadership in managing business development pipelines through CRM updates, investor segmentation, and tracking of opportunities.
• Conduct market intelligence research on competitors, fund offerings, trends, and industry developments relevant to institutional markets.
• Support the preparation of internal reports, dashboards, and updates for management.

• Prepare high‑quality presentations, product summaries, and marketing materials for fund manager and investor engagements.
• Maintain internal databases, fund information libraries, and document repositories.
• Compile and analyse data for performance reviews, investment proposals, and business development initiatives.

• Work closely with the CIO Office, Investment Team, Compliance, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of onboarding and distribution activities.
• Liaise with regional teams in Singapore and Dubai to align outreach strategies and share market insights.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, due diligence sessions, and investor calls.

• Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow‑up notes.
• Support ad‑hoc projects, internal initiatives, and special assignments as required by the Institutional Markets team.

• Degree in Banking/Business/Economics/Engineering/Finance/Mathematics.
• Passion and interest in institutional markets.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills. Coding skills (Python, R etc.) a plus.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn is paramount.
• High standards of ethics and conduct; ensures confidentiality of Clients’ assets & information.
• Fosters teamwork and positively contributes towards the dynamics of the team and the quality of its output.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
