Landscape Project Coordinator / Landscape Manager
Resumo da oferta
A leading landscaping firm in Singapore seeks a skilled Landscape Coordinator to oversee project implementations and site visits. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping, fluency in English and Chinese, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Autocad. Responsibilities include designing sustainable landscapes, preparing maintenance schedules, and maintaining effective communication with clients. This role requires a dynamic individual who is a good team player and able to multi-task effectively.
Qualificações
- Minimum of 5 years experience in landscaping industries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Preferably able to work within short notice.
Responsabilidades
- Attend site visits and tender show rounds.
- Propose and design sustainable landscape designs.
- Prepare quotes and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate work orders with ground crew.
- Monitor site staff attendance.

- Required language(s): English, Chinese (to deal with complaints from Chinese speaking client on site)

- Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
- Committed to work
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Autocad

- Prefer candidates with horticulture or arborist knowledge
