Broad Function

To provide support on the screening follow-up services for the national colorectal cancer screening programme (Healthier SG screening)

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Appointment management for referral from HPB portal including scheduling, re-scheduling and cancellation
  • Tracking of appointment fulfilment and follow up appointments
  • Send out phone text messages to patients informing them to return the call and make an appointment
  • Ensure that all patients referred to WH for further assessment are being follow up
  • Recording of appointment call logs and appointment details of HPB referral cases in HPB system timely
  • Track and ensure that all patients receive consultation from a specialist prior to colonoscopy appointment
  • Monitor and ensure that the colonoscopy services are being carried out within 12 weeks from date of referral
  • Respond to any queries from patients or internal stakeholders with regards to the programme
  • Weekly follow up with HPB on any missing patient’s contact
  • Coordinate and provide assistances with HPB in coordination of the programme
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer

Job Requirements
  • Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of related experience in a similar capacity, healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Able to multi-task and manage projects.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels with good interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office essential
