A leading pharmaceutical recruitment agency is seeking a CGT Customer Service Operations Associate (Korean Speaking) for a 1-year contract in Singapore. This role involves supporting the Customer Service Operations team to ensure a seamless process from product requests to delivery while providing excellent customer service. Candidates must be fluent in Korean and have 2-3 years of customer service operations experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service operations.
  • Experience in scientific or healthcare sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Service Operations team for seamless operational process.

  • Monitor and communicate product requests and shipments.

1 Year Contract – CGT Customer Service Operations Associate (Korean Speaking)

Our client is a globally recognized pharmaceutical company with a strong international presence & they are looking to hire an experienced CGT Customer Service Operations Associate (Korean Speaking) - 1 Year Contract

Job Purpose

The CGT Customer Service Operations Associate will support the Customer Service Operations (CSO) team to ensure a seamless end-to-end operational process - from product request to finished product delivery – while providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth execution of the end-to-end operational process - from product requests to finished product delivery by ensuring timely delivery and resolving potential issues.

  • Primary focus: CSO support for Korea market (but not limited)
  • Support other APMA countries (Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan) if required.

Below is a general overview of the main tasks of the process;

Product Request
  1. Check feasibility of Apheresis pick-up date
  2. Monitor Product Request Form (PRF) approval
  3. Send out Order Confirmation
Apheresis
  1. Place dewar order with World Courier (WC)
  2. Monitor export documents
  3. Ensure timely Apheresis Data Form (ADF) submission & approval prior to Apheresis pick-up
  4. Monitor empty dewar delivery to site and Apheresis pick-up
  5. Perform hard-peg in Salesforce.com (SFDC); Live view link (LVL) update in SAP Cloud Platform (SCP)
Manufacturing
  1. Monitor APH receipt at plant
  2. Monitor Day 0 (manufacturing start)
  3. Send out Harvest notification
Finished Product Shipment
  1. Monitor finished product (FP) Shipment from plant
  2. Share volume information & invoice with WC
  3. Send out Tocilizumab email to site
  4. Monitor FP delivery / receipt at the site Infusion a) Monitor updates to the Actual Infusion date and time in CellChain
Requirement
  • Fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) is required to effectively communicate with customers in Korea
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experiences in customer service operations. Experiences in scientific / healthcare will be a plus
