- Install, configure, and maintain networking hardware and solutions (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless).
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of network-related issues.
- Monitor, optimise, and secure network performance and connectivity.
- Assist in network design, deployment, and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to deliver solutions.
- Conduct regular updates, patches, and system backups for continuity and security.
- Diploma/Nitec/Higher Nitec in IT, Networking, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in networking and firewall support/deployment.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security.
- Hands‑on experience with firewalls (e.g. Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco) and wireless solutions.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Aruba ACMA/ACMP) preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Flexible to support after‑hours and willing to travel to client sites when required.
