The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of IT support experience, strong customer service skills, and a Bachelor's degree. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues and providing exceptional service. This role offers flexibility with occasional travel to customer sites and the need for a coverage schedule that may include evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT support experience at a large enterprise with demonstrated experience in PC hardware/software.
• 5+ years of data center operations experience including mounting and dismantling devices.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating technical projects or installations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external customer technical needs to resolution.
• Troubleshoot technical issues both onsite and remotely.
• Deliver customer service under pressure while solving issues.
• Detail fixing steps using our proprietary ticketing system.
