Job summary

A technology solutions company in Singapore is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to act as a bridge between sales, product, and customers. You will conduct workshops, lead demonstrations, and ensure successful onboarding and adoption of solutions. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role and a strong understanding of software architecture and cloud platforms. This role may require travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a pre-sales/solution consulting role.
• Strong understanding of web/cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with agile project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute discovery workshops with potential customers.
• Lead and deliver product demonstrations and POCs.
• Translate customer requirements into solution designs.
