A leading broadcast technology firm in Singapore is looking for a Solutions Architect to manage presales and provide technical consultancy. The ideal candidate will handle system designs and maintain customer relationships, demonstrating a strong background in broadcast technology and IP solutions. As Solutions Architect, you will manage presales and consultancy tasks in coordination with the Sales teams, draft system design and BOMs/quotations, and give technical support to complete Sales proposals. The Consultancy Team proposes technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers. They should provide market feedback to the Market & Solutions Team with on-the-ground experience as a customer-facing expert.
