Duration: 1 year
Location: Pasir Panjang
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
Industry & Partnership Development
- Identify and research potential media, technology, and platform partners
- Support engagement and evaluation of partnership opportunities for media-tech projects
Project & Proposal Management
- Assist in evaluating proposals and preparing draft submission papers
- Manage project workflows and timelines to ensure smooth execution
Innovation & Content Research
- Research emerging technologies and content formats to enhance youth outreach and engagement
- Review content across Free-to-Air TV, Radio, OTT platforms, and social media
Stakeholder Engagement & Administration
- Assist in organising official meetings, industry visits, and dialogues
- Prepare administrative briefs and meeting materials for key stakeholders
Communications Support
- Contribute to the development of communication plans and messaging for Public Service Media initiatives
- Support the handling of public and industry feedback or complaints
Requirements:
- Degree in Communications, Media, Business, or a related field interest in digital innovation, content strategy, and public communications
- Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Meticulous, organised, and comfortable handling multiple tasks and stakeholders
