Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. Key responsibilities include sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates, while also advising clients on market trends and recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying client needs to placing candidates.
  • Source, attract, and interview candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and strategies (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long‑term success and satisfaction.
  • Advise clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and talent availability.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks to assess suitability.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish.
  • Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and CRM.
  • Achieve individual targets.
Requirements
  • Degree / Diploma with proven experience in recruitment, preferably in Oil and energy, IT, FMCG industry or in Executive search, tech, finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong sales acumen, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
