In this role, you will assist passengers with inquiries, share flight information, and respond to questions across various channels. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in customer service, be confident and approachable, and be willing to work rotating shifts. This position offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment supporting travelers from around the world.
Qualifikationen
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service

- Ability to interact with passengers from diverse backgrounds
Aufgaben
- Assist passengers and visitors with queries and directions
- Share flight information and recommend airport options
- Respond to inquiries via calls and social media
- Handle on-site incidents and medical emergencies
- Support daily operations and perform ad-hoc duties
