We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and business growth. This role requires a hands‑on marketer with strong execution capabilities, creativity, and a solid understanding of the F&B or FMCG landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan and manage marketing calendars, campaigns, and budgets
- Identify target customer segments and effective marketing channels
Brand & Product Marketing
- Strengthen brand positioning and messaging across all touchpoints
- Lead product launches, promotions and go‑to‑market initiatives
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to support product growth
Digital & Content Marketing
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, website, EDMs, and online campaigns
- Oversee content creation to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Track, analyze and optimize digital marketing performance
Trade, Partnerships & Activation
- Plan and execute trade marketing activities, collaborations, and partnerships
- Support B2B marketing initiatives (e.g. distributors, food service clients, corporate customers)
- Coordinate events, exhibitions and product sampling activities
Performance Tracking & Market Analysis
- Monitor and report on marketing performance, ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Analyze market trends, competitors and customer insights to refine strategies
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in F&B, FMCG or consumer goods
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding and campaign execution
- Hands‑on, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience working with agencies and external vendors is an advantage
