Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead integrated brand and communication strategies across all channels.
- Drive annual brand planning and ensure consistent storytelling from awareness to conversion.
- Optimize A&P investments to strengthen brand equity and performance.
- Lead 360° campaign development across media, content, PR, and in-store touchpoints.
- Ensure unified messaging and seamless execution across Retail, DB, Marketplace, and Digital.
- Improve marketing processes through digital automation and workflow optimization.
- Strengthen asset management, reporting, and performance dashboards to support data‑driven decisions.
- Partner with commercial, digital, and customer teams to deliver “one brand voice.”
- Work with regional teams to localize global best practices for the market.
- Lead and coach the Integrated Brand Communications team.
- Manage agencies and partners with clear KPIs and performance standards.
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of similar experience & Strong Passion in FMCG, wellness, beauty, or consumer health.
- Strong experience in brand building, integrated comms, and omnichannel marketing.
- Solid understanding of digital, CRM, and eCommerce environments.
- Team leadership and agency management experience.
