Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead integrated brand and communication strategies across all channels.
  • Drive annual brand planning and ensure consistent storytelling from awareness to conversion.
  • Optimize A&P investments to strengthen brand equity and performance.
  • Lead 360° campaign development across media, content, PR, and in-store touchpoints.
  • Ensure unified messaging and seamless execution across Retail, DB, Marketplace, and Digital.
  • Improve marketing processes through digital automation and workflow optimization.
  • Strengthen asset management, reporting, and performance dashboards to support data‑driven decisions.
  • Partner with commercial, digital, and customer teams to deliver “one brand voice.”
  • Work with regional teams to localize global best practices for the market.
  • Lead and coach the Integrated Brand Communications team.
  • Manage agencies and partners with clear KPIs and performance standards.
