Job scope:

1. Assemble Bio-Processing Containers for critical sterile liquid-handling applications in the biopharmaceutical industry.
2. Work in a Class 7, Cleanroom environment.
3. Follow standard work instructions and interpret technical drawings to ensure consistent product quality.
4. Maintain strict adherence to ISO 13485:2016, ISO 22301:2019, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) documentation standards to ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
5. Complete all relevant training before performing any tasks.
6. Ensure timely completion of batch records with adherence to Good Documentation Practice.
7. Participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI) to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
8. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
9. Collaborate with team members, including engineers, quality assurance, and maintenance personnel.
10. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues for smooth production operations.
11. Handle and store materials accurately to prevent contamination or damage.
12. Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
