Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels
- Manage social media platforms (content planning, posting, engagement, and community management)
- Create and edit marketing content including photos, short videos, captions, stories, and simple designs using mobile apps or tools (e.g. Canva)
- Support event planning and execution, including customer events, product launches, and brand activations
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and agencies for campaign and event materials
- Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and corporate identity standards
- Assist in marketing communications, CRM-related activities, and lead follow-up after campaigns or events
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports on effectiveness and ROI
- Support showroom branding and ensure a consistent premium brand presence
- Handle basic marketing administration such as quotations, purchase orders, and invoice processing
- Work closely with Sales and Group Marketing teams on integrated initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
- 1–3 years of relevant marketing or content experience (open to fresh candidates with strong portfolio)
- Familiar with social media platforms and current digital trends
- Basic video and content editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Canva, mobile apps, AI tools)
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
