Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy aligned with global marketing direction to drive efficient demand generation and revenue growth across local markets
  • Partner closely with sales, growth, and brand marketing teams to align funnel objectives, optimize lead quality, and achieve GTM and revenue targets
  • Analyze campaign, consumer, and market data to generate actionable insights and continuously optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention performance
  • Own performance marketing messaging and assets, ensuring copy and creatives are optimized for conversion across paid search, paid social, display, email, and landing pages
  • Plan, allocate, and manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships to maximize ROI, CAC efficiency, and pipeline contribution
  • Provide performance marketing support to business development and sales teams through lead nurturing, attribution insights, and funnel performance reporting
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing or relevant faculties
  • Possesses strong understanding of retail, events, and digital marketing, performance marketing
  • Strong passion and knowledge in tech are a plus
  • Understand the industry dynamics
  • Outstanding skills of communication, presentation, collaboration, project management and team management
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing
  • Self-driven, passionate about impacting business with data
