Qualifications

• Proven experience establishing manufacturing processes from NPI through sustaining.

• Hands-on experience in process engineering for cycle-time, yield, and cost improvement.
• Expertise in Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
• Experience designing or specifying mechanical fixtures for mass production.

Responsibilities

• Establish, deliver, and maintain manufacturing processes for new products.
• Partner with ODMs, CMs, and vendors to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and improve yields.
• Lead mechanical fixture design efforts for mass production.
• Provide DFM guidance to influence engineering teams.
