Job description

Member of Group Manufacturing Execution System (MES) IT team. Delivering IT Services to support businesses. Study and implement technology and improve manufacturing and traceability capability. Adhere to Security Governance & Compliance as per Group IT Policy and Standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in ensuring smooth operation including troubleshooting and problems solving related to Manufacturing Execution System. Identify improvement areas and implement strategic solutions in time with consultation with business stakeholders.
• Work with Business stakeholders and lead strategic planning for Venture MES system to achieve business goals.
• Responsible for MES functional and technical system development, review, and certification of MES systems hardware, backup, IT Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), and IT Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
• To ensure system to comply with audit requirement.
• Manage and evaluate IT Vendors (MES).
• Proactively propose proactive improvement & preventive monitoring.
• Manage & Support IT Audit.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ in relevant experience.
• Experience in working in a cross-functional team.
• Supervisory experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience with clustering, performance testing, BI and MES application will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and a good team player.
• Knowledge in Production Planning/Capacity Planning/Material Management.
• Knowledge in Work Order Management.
• Knowledge in OEE/SPC/RTY.
• Knowledge in Quality management and traceability requirements.
