Overview

Decomet Metal Finishing is a trusted Singapore-based surface treatment company serving leading OEMs in the semiconductor, medical, automation, and defense sectors.

We are seeking a Sales & Operations Support Executive to manage both customer communication and internal coordination. This role acts as the bridge between customers, management, production, and QC — ensuring accurate quotations, smooth job flow, and timely deliveries. It’s ideal for candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn both the commercial and technical sides of precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
  • Coordinate between Production, QC, and customers to ensure schedule adherence and accurate communication.
  • Track job progress and update production/job trackers.
  • Prepare delivery orders, inspection certificates, and other necessary documents.
  • Maintain customer feedback and support business development follow-ups.
  • Learn and apply basic surface treatment knowledge (training provided) to support customer queries.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Business Administration.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in customer service, sales coordination, or precision manufacturing environment.
  • Familiar with order tracking, QC documentation, and ISO 9001 / AS9100 systems.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and production/job tracking tools.
