Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an accountant for the manufacturing industry in Singapore. The role involves managing accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and operating ERP systems. Candidates must have a degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of relevant experience. The position offers up to $5000 per month plus AWS and VB, working 5 days a week during office hours.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger and month-end/year-end closing.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Operate ERP systems for daily accounting transactions and reporting.
• Oversee inventory control processes and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare financial reports and management analysis for internal use.
• Support audits by liaising with auditors and external stakeholders.
• Handle payroll-related tasks including salary processing and HR support.

• Tiong Barhu
• Up to $5000 per month, AWS, and VB

Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Ensure accurate accounting entries and compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.
• Operate ERP systems for daily accounting transactions, reporting, and data analysis.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including stock reconciliation and variance investigation.
• Prepare financial reports and management analysis for internal use.
• Coordinate and support audits, liaising with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders.
• Handle payroll-related tasks such as salary processing, employee claims, and HR support.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years of accounting experience preferable in manufacturing industry
