Job Summary

Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize procurement costs and supplier performance within the semiconductor manufacturing sector, supporting operational excellence and business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve cost-effective procurement of materials and equipment.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to secure favorable conditions and mitigate risks for the organization.
• Manage supplier relationships to maintain consistent performance and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze market trends, perform cost analysis, and track supplier performance metrics to inform sourcing decisions and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with finance, production, and quality assurance teams to align sourcing objectives with operational and financial goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
• Support ad-hoc procurement and sourcing assignments as directed by superior.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain management, business administration, or related field
• Experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in supplier relationship management and contract administration to support effective supplier engagement.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills applied to sourcing and procurement challenges.
• Knowledge of cost optimization, market research, and supply chain management principles.
• Familiarity with semiconductor or electronics manufacturing processes to understand sourcing requirements.
• Experience using ERP or procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to manage procurement workflows.
• Understanding of ISO/quality systems and compliance requirements relevant to procurement activities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
