Reports: CIO in US.

Work Location: Singapore.

Industry: High-Tech Manufacturing.

Global Team Size: > 100 IT professionals at 7 manufacturing sites.

Current Technology: SAP, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, WebMethods, Agile & others.

Position Summary

• Responsible for all aspects of IT strategy, planning, delivery, oversight of business services.
• Introduce highly innovative solutions and be passionate about user experience and delivering business value.
• Work in a fast‑paced, innovative environment with stability of a global, established, growing technology company.
• Scope includes IT systems for all business functional areas globally: finance, sales, supply chain, legal, HR and procurement.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience as a senior IT leader in a global business with scale.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, science or business management disciplines; advanced degree enhances qualifications.
• Experience in a highly complex environment; those with semiconductor, technology or manufacturing industry given additional consideration.
• Large-scale strategy, project, and service delivery.
• Drive implementation of package solutions and custom development in continuous change and transformation.
• Built and managed globally dispersed teams at scale, inclusive of internal and external resources.
• Managed teams of at least 100 resources regionally.
