Job summary
A construction and engineering firm in Singapore seeks an experienced managerial professional to oversee project and engineering operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in engineering project management, a recognized degree in a relevant discipline, and strong leadership and analytical skills. Responsibilities include managing projects, developing software solutions for building management systems, and collaborating with various engineering teams to meet operational goals. The position requires flexibility with work hours and travel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in the management of services operations and/or engineering projects.
- Class 3 License and experience in driving for site visits.
- Ability to travel at short notice and manage 24/7 on-call lifestyle.
- Experience in managing a large engineering division.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, lead, and manage multiple projects and installations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the department.
- Evaluate performance of the department and implement improvements.
- Oversee the development of software solutions for building management systems.
