Our focus is on building long-term, win-win relationships across banking, fintech, legal, corporate services, and investment communities—starting in Singapore and expanding across Southeast Asia.

Role Overview

The Partnership Specialist will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships within the Heysara ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in driving business growth through partner-led referrals, aligned service offerings, and regional expansion.

Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Development
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners including: Banks and financial institutions, Corporate service providers, Law firms and accounting firms, Venture capital firms, angel networks, and family offices, Startup incubators and accelerators, Fintech platforms and referral agents.
  • Develop partnership strategies aligned with Heysara’s growth objectives and service offerings.
  • Structure partnership arrangements, referral programs, and collaboration frameworks that create mutual value.
2. Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners.
  • Conduct regular partner meetings, performance reviews, and business updates.
  • Actively manage partner engagement and satisfaction within the Heysara ecosystem.
3. Revenue & Growth
  • Drive new client referrals and revenue through strategic partnerships.
  • Track, monitor, and manage partnership KPIs, including leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality servicing of referred clients.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal tax, accounting, corporate secretarial, and compliance teams to align partnership offerings.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams on joint campaigns, co-branded initiatives, events, and promotional activities.
  • Support management in identifying new service opportunities and market needs through partner insights.
5. Regional Expansion
  • Strengthen and deepen partnerships within Singapore as the core market.
  • Support the expansion of Heysara’s partner ecosystem across Southeast Asia.
  • Identify regional trends, market opportunities, and potential strategic alliances.
6. Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all partnership agreements comply with Singapore regulatory, professional, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partnership agreements, referrals, commissions.
  • Adhere to internal policies, confidentiality obligations, and data protection regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s business, startup, or professional services ecosystem.
  • Established network within banking, fintech, legal, or corporate services is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
