• Position : Sales Coordinator (PO/ Quotation/ Customer Service) - EAST

• Location : KAKI BUKIT (Nearby MRT - 5 minute walk to Kaki Bukit MRT)

• Working hours : 5 days work week; Monday to Friday, 900 to 630pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $3500

• Duration : Permanent

• Industry : Semiconductor or Electronics industry

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage daily sales operation.

• Knowledgeable in purchase orders, delivery orders and able to handle sales orders, quotation & invoices.

• Respond to a high volume of inquiries and provide helpful solutions to customer issues.

• Connect with existing key customer contacts if needed.

• Collaborate with internal teams like Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing.

• Assist in preparation & submission of relevant reports and documents for tenders.

• Attend regular online/offline product training sessions arranged by vendors.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or a related field.

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Experience in customer service position handling high volume of calls & emails are welcome.

• Experience with computer hardware, software, or maintenance contracts is a plus.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Excellent at building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal team.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
