Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Create and manage a structured competency development plan for the O&M team, including skills assessments, training roadmaps, and progress tracking.
  • Oversee the spare parts management system, ensuring alignment with Group standards, including stock level monitoring, procurement planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Manage and inspect the work of 3rd party contractors, ensuring quality and compliance with standards. Negotiate terms and conditions, budgets, timelines, and expectations with external parties.
  • Coordinate and manage various projects and contracts involving multiple parties and deliverables. Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and cooperation.
  • Develop and document end-to-end processes, including creating work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Compile and submit accurate and timely daily and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen, Lean, or other operational efficiency projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting officer to support overall team and organizational objectives.
Qualifications & Experiences:
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management is preferred.
  • Preferable 2 year of experience in solar PV system maintenance, with skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems and components, including modules, inverters, monitoring systems, and electrical infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage spare parts inventory and maintenance systems effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills with the ability to engage and develop team members and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, people-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
  • Weekend work support may be required, depending on operational demands.
  • A valid Class 3/A driving license is required.
