• Provide installation, commissioning, training, calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of scientific analytical instruments at customer sites.
• Liaise with customers to address service concerns and provide solutions to technical problems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering excellent service support.
• Identify potential opportunities for new preventive maintenance contracts.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales and technical teams.
• Provide training to end users and distributors.
• Prepare service and spare parts quotations in response to customer enquiries.

Requirements

• Degree in (Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Chemical Engineering)
• 2–4+ years’ experience in servicing scientific analytical instruments.
• Knowledge of scientific and analytical instruments such as Particle Size Analyzer, X-ray Fluorescence, Spectroscopy, ICP Spectrometer is a plus
