Job summary

A leading elevator service provider in Singapore seeks an Administrative Support Specialist to assist the Maintenance department. Responsibilities include coordinating technician schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates should have strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude. Experience in administration within maintenance support is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Administrative support experience, especially in maintenance or related fields.
  • Ability to prepare reports accurately within established timeframes.
  • Experience in coordinating contractor work and site surveys.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Maintenance department.
  • Gathering information to complete monthly reports for maintenance.
  • Create schedule for Technician.
  • Assign and Monitor job assignment, oversee daily operations.
  • Ensure work assignment and reports are prepared accurately and in accordance with established timeframes.
  • Conduct field visits.
  • Administer the maintenance repair and parts for repairs.
  • Prepare Quotations for lift parts.
  • Maintain a good relationship with clients.
  • Coordinate contractor work along with unscheduled work.
  • Plan schedule for application/renewal PTO.
  • Prepare Safety meetings.
  • Attend site surveys.
