Job summary
A leading power solutions company in Singapore is seeking a Generator Servicing and Maintenance Engineer to ensure the reliable operation of diesel and gas generators. The role involves performing regular servicing and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in engineering and strong knowledge of electrical systems. This position may require on-call availability for emergency services.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control panels, and engine systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Physical fitness for handling equipment and working in generator rooms.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular servicing, inspection, and preventive maintenance of generators.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system faults.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide on-site repairs.
