The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of hands-on experience in an MRO organization and possess an engineering degree. Responsibilities include developing robust repair processes, conducting cost analyses, and ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.
We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Repair Engineer to lead the creation and certification of complex repair schemes for Aero Engine Components. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving technical excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and performing detailed cost and business case analyses for repair operations. This role requires an in-depth understanding of gas turbine engine components and various special repair processes.

Preference will be given to candidates who possess previous experience in engine assembly/disassembly, have worked within an MRO shop environment with exposure to repair facilities and machines, and have specific repair experience with Nozzle Guide Vanes and Stator Vanes. Proficiency in using the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also valued.
