Job summary

Job Description
  • Assist on the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the campus, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning all other matters related to the maintenance management of the campus;
  • Assist in fire fighting procedures and emergency situations.
  • Provide support on event layout and setup
  • Provide technical support and attend to breakdown as requested by Help-desk;
  • Follow up on work done by contractors of electrical, air-con, plumbing, kitchen equipment, fire alarm system.
  • Other work as may be assigned.

Requirements

  • 5.5-day work week with alternate Saturday
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC certificate or above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a Technician
  • Good troubleshooting and analytical skill sets
  • Highly motivated and hardworking with positive attitude
  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good team player and able to work independently
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel)
