Job description

Service Engineer is responsible for the commissioning of new products, servicing & troubleshooting of installed products and customer and distributor training.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate work with project teams of Installation & commissioning on site.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities, cycle parts replacement to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults in transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, and control systems.
• Document maintenance activities, incidents, and repairs.
• Comply with safety protocols (e.g., Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act).
• Respond promptly to emergencies and power outages.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.

Requirements

• Education: NITEC in Electrical/electronic Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years in uninterrupted power system or a related industrial setting. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading schematics, using diagnostic tools (Multimeters, Current Clamp), and working with HV/LV systems.
• Certifications: WSQ-Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health in Construction/Process plant/Shipyard in preferred.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable working in construction, Electrical room, and lifting to 20kg.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts and weekends as needed.
• Class 3 driving license is preferred.
