Job description

Job Description

• To ensure the M&E services of the building are in optimal operational level.
• To ensure the M&E systems and Civil aspects of the building are maintained in accordance to SOPs and contractual terms.
• To ensure service assistance is rendered to tenants timely.To carry out routine inspection on electrical, air-conditioning systems, chilled-water systems and plumbing in the building.
• To carry out minor repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works.
• Attend to building and tenants’ defects and breakdowns as requested.
• Write daily reports and reports on activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, or breakdown occurrences.
• Perform trouble shooting and equipment failure check during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Contact and work with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair.
• Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management

Job Requirements

• NITEC in Building Services / Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in Facility Maintenance
• Able to carry out with the task given
• Able to perform 4 shifts/ 6 days work week and to work on weekends and public holidays
