Job summary

A leading kitchen appliance company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join their team. You will provide after-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and installation of kitchen products at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum Nitec in Engineering and 1-2 years’ experience in home appliance servicing. A Class 3 Driving License is required. The role offers various allowances and bonuses.

Our client is a leading player in Kitchen Appliance Industry. They are looking for a Service Technician to join their Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East area – easily accessible.

About The Role:

• Basic + Variable Bonus + Phone Allowance + Transport Allowance + Service Commission + OT

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient after-sales technical support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of the company’s home kitchen products at customer locations island-wide.
• Maintain adequate inventory of service and maintenance parts in the service vehicle.
• Conduct basic user training and product usage guidance for customers.
• Prepare, explain, and close after-service reports with customers.
• Represent the company professionally as a frontline service representative.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in servicing any home appliances
• Must possess a Class 3 Driving License
• Understand blue prints and drawings
