A community organization in Singapore is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth administrative operations. The role involves meeting support, facilities booking management, event coordination, and providing overall administrative support. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
