Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced architect to conceptualize designs and execute feasibility studies for transport and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have a degree in architecture and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, alongside strong leadership and communication skills. This role involves liaising with clients and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably in transport and infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings, and construction practices.
• Competency in authority requirements and submission procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs.
• Executes feasibility studies and presents design proposals.
• Prepares tender documentation, schedules, and specifications.
• Liaises and discusses project-relevant issues with clients.
